All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 3-5 business days for standard delivery.

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order at shopdogharness.com.

Damaged or Defective Items
